F.A.Q
Here you will find some commonly asked questions that I am asked very often by soon to be Brides.
Are you the only Photographer & Owner?
Yes. I am the Owner & sole Photographer of jmb Photography. I also have associate photographers who work alongside me as a second photographer for Wedding day coverage.
What kind of equipment do you use? And do you have back-up equipment?
I own Canon professional digital SLR cameras. I have back-ups of all my equipment if they are needed during the course of your wedding day. If you would like a complete list of my equipment, please email me and I will give you that.
Do we sign a Wedding Contract to protect all parties involved?
Yes, we all sign a Wedding Photography Contract that I will provide. This is to outline the Terms & Conditions of you hiring me. We go through all the Terms & Conditions together in person during your complementary consultation.
Is my venue too dark to get great images?
No, I am experienced in photographing weddings in dark churches & venues. I have additional lighting equipment that can be set up if they are needed to help with the lighting situation.
Do you have insurance?
Yes I have full liability & equipment insurance.
How long does it take you to edit the photos after the wedding?
I take up to 6 weeks to process & enhance all your photos.
What happens if it is raining on my Wedding day?
The only part of the day that would be affected by weather is the posed formal portraits. If this is the case, we have a few options – inside the church, use umbrellas, find a sheltered area/gazebo or inside the reception venue. We would plan for this if it is typically a rain time in the city so we are not caught off guard.
